With sadness we share the passing of our classmate, Sheila Wendt Ewing, EHS Class of 76. Her death is difficult to understand, but we ask that you join us in praying for her children and grandchildren as they process this tragedy. Her memorial service will be held at Radiant Life Church, Sioux City, IA, on November 16, 2019 at 11am.

From the gofundme page…”There has been a horrific, tragedy in our family. Sheila’s life was taken in October. We did not receive news until 10/31 due to circumstances. As many of you know Sheila moved to Miami, Florida in October 2018. Her 3 wonderful children April, Joey and Jeff are located in Central Florida, Iowa and North Dakota. Sheila also had 2 beautiful grandchildren Kayla and Kevin located in Iowa and Colorado and her brother Jeff Wendt of South Dakota. As you can imagine traveling and funeral expenses can add up quickly. This news has all taken us back. Sheila was a woman of God and always saw the best in each individual, even my father, that caused her death. There are no words for this horrendous situation but, my main goal is to get Sheila back home to her children where she deserves to be. We are all heart broken and grieving. We sincerely thank all of you for the prayers, well wishes and donations.
