Patricia Laura Milligan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

August 7, 1957 \u2013 June 20, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patricia Laura Milligan, born Patricia Laura Camposano to Manuel and Joan Camposano, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2026, at the age of 68.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patricia spent her early years in Santiago, Chile; Lima, Peru; and Sioux City, Iowa<\/a> where she grew up alongside her sisters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1977, Patricia met the love of her life, Samuel Dahl Milligan. They married six months later and built a life centered on family and unconditional love. Together they settled in Tucson, Arizona, where they raised their three daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patricia’s greatest joy was her family. She embraced her roles as wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother with unwavering love and devotion. She was the loudest and proudest supporter on every sideline. She had a gift for making holidays magical, loved baking for family and friends, delighted in finding the perfect gift for every occasion, and created a home where everyone felt welcomed, loved, and cared for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known affectionately as “Titi” by her grandchildren, Patricia treasured every opportunity to spend time with them. Whether celebrating holidays, sharing family traditions, or simply being together, she created memories that will be cherished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patricia also enjoyed showing horses, collecting antiques, and spending time at Beaver Lake, a place she and Sam came to love beginning in 2002. After Sam’s death, she made Beaver Lake her permanent home, where she found community, friendship, and peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is survived by her daughters, Samantha (Alfredo Guzman), Emilie (Adam Bowers), and Ashley (Forrest Clark); her beloved grandchildren, Isabel, Santiago, Sammy, Cora, Olsen, Sebastian, and Rui; her sisters, Elizabeth Skaff and Joanie Russell; and many extended family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Dahl Milligan, and her sister, Caroline Donaway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patricia will be remembered for her generous heart, fierce love for her family, and her remarkable ability to make every person feel special. Her legacy lives on in the traditions she created, the values she instilled, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. She taught those around her that family is life’s greatest blessing, that showing up for the people you love matters, and that life’s sweetest moments are often found around a kitchen table, at a family gathering, or cheering from the sidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, intimate gatherings of family and friends will be held to celebrate her life and the countless memories she leaves behind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
